I called Glass Pro last wk to have my windshield replaced. I asked what the price would be. The guy said more than I wanted to spend. He lowered the price $25 and said he`d throw in some wiper blades. I thought "ok, schedule it". We set up appt. I googled the shop and read some reviews. Didn`t like em. I called another shop. Told him I`d read some not so kind reviews and decided to go with another company. I finally had to hang up on him! Then he called my cell and left a message, which I still have. Said his name is "Gerald, Jarrell??" I couldn`t understand it, then proceeded to say he takes it personally that I "heard" something bad against his company that he was the owner...he heard another company was talking bad about glass pro...that he`d soon be filing a suit against that company....that he`d been in business since 1987. Blah blah blah! I seriously did not ask to be involved in his drama! I called him back. I ranted some, he said he didn`t want to lose my business...that he`d do it (replace my windshield) for free. I told him that I wouldn`t let him nor his business touch my car. My co-worker is my witness to all this, btw! I went and had another awesome local company replace my windshield the next day. psst....it turns out that "someone" called his office pretending to be my husband...and asked if I had an appointment. I do not have a husband and the only people who knew about me wanting to change out my windshield was myself, my co worker, the new local glass shop (that I used) and GLASS PRO. I`m not saying it was THAT COMPANY who called but I know it wasn`t any of the others! If I could have given this company NO STARS I would have. I hope my review has helped.

Not Glass Pro

Should be known as Glass Un-Pro instead. I traveled 40 miles to have my 99 Jeep windshield replaced. The glass un-professionals removed my old, slightly cracked windshield only to discover the windshield they ordered was the wrong one. They chose to reinstall my old windshield which now has several cracks throughout. I would recommend that buyer beware and shop around.

The best, price around!

This place is amazing....I needed a windshield in my 03 chevy silverado real bad and I was low on cash and they installed my windshield for $110.00 plus tax. I mean it doesnt get any better than that! So i thought.... but then i was sitting in the lobby waiting on it to get done, i thought it would take a couple of hours.... I was wrong they had it installed and everything in less than 45 minutes, WOW!!! and my sis... view moreter needed one done and they went to her work to do it so she didnt even have to go to their shop! I truely recommend calling these guys at glass pro if you need any glass work... trust me you will be glad you did.

Beware

I went to glass pro to replace a windshield, the tech wrecked my car, 1400.00 damage. they promised to pay to fix it and I am still waiting 2 months later.
all I get is the run-around. beware before you go that they are not a reputable company.

My money saver!!!

High gas prices on the rise and food prices following right behind I know hate to spend money. Calling so many windshield replace shops I felt like they were trying to rip me off. They all kept giving me quotes higher than $200 (are you kidding me) There was no way I would pay that much. The company I worked for are always sending their vehicle to Glass Masters I called them and gave me a quote way less than $200. I am definitely recommending Glass Masters to everyone I know. Its so hard to find people like that in times like this were the economy is all bad.
