EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSOI...

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSOINAL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We had an agreement on the work to be done. And he has a problem with with the insurance company paying for part of it and the other part of it coming from my lean holder... Here I thought we worked everything out to where the whole payment would come from my lean holder.. then out of nowhere he just decides he`s not going to do the work (without tellin... view moreg me!). So I see my Truck sitting outside his shop while I`m paying for a rental car for 4 days, and I call to ask why no work is being done... he tells me He`s not touching my truck, and to get it off his lot or he`s going to start charging me a storage fee. Then hangs up in my face !!. Not even an explaination! If you want to be treated like a valued customer go somewhere else.

If I could give them a lower star I would. The owner was a complete JERK and I was not treated like a valued customer at all. I will never go going to them again for any kind of work. If you want any kind of decent customer service go somewhere else.

Awful Experience

If I could give them a Zero Star I would. The owner is a complete JERK, I was not treated like a valued customer. I will definitly be looking for a different shop if I ever need one in the future. I will never use them for any more work ever again.

great work

i recently had my truck worked on there. they had it fixed in a timly manner after it needed alot of repair work and went ahead and kept me posted on an issues that came up as i told them i understood that not everything can go tip top perfect and i was not worried if it ran a day or two late considering i had a rental but they reassured me that they would do whatever they needed to do to make sure i got taken care ... view moreof !! - everyone was real friendly and extremley nice .... and i have recommended them to everyone i come in contact with - i am very pleased with there work !!
