Crawford`s Auto Repair is a privately owned auto repair and maintenance shop in Mesa, AZ 85210. Co-owners Jeff C. and Brad W. are highly trained technicians. They have over 35 years of combined experience with all makes and models and any size engine. They both have broad experience in the industry from small repair shops to large dealerships. They decided to go into business together because they had noticed some flaws in the way the auto repair industry is often managed. Particularly, they believe that the customer deserves to have direct contact with the mechanic who is fixing the car without the interference of service writers (middleman sales people who might add unnecessary fees and services to the bill). When customers arrive they are greeted with a friendly introduction and they have direct contact with the technician throughout the process. After the customer tells the technician the reason for the visit the technician will bring the car into the shop. The technician may choose to test drive the car as part of the evaluation. Customers are invited into the shop to observe all inspections and repairs. After a thorough inspection an honest, accurate and free estimate is given to the customer. The options are discussed with the customer as well as the pros and cons of each option in order to help the customer make an informed decision. No repairs are performed without the customer`s approval. If the customer needs to go somewhere during the inspection or repair we offer free shuttle service.
