I went to buy an Xterra that I saw on their lot and from the first minute these people were straightforward, easy to work with, and ready to help me get what I wanted- not sell me something I couldn`t afford, didn`t want or wasn`t interested in. My Xterra was missing the automatic key remote- after I bought it I went back and they gave me one free, he also gave me a backup one incase it gets lost or broken.
