Talked to Brandon over the phone, seeking directions to dealership, and arranged to meet with him upon arriving at dealership. Brandon came out to meet my family and I and asked what I was interested in. I had been looking at cars online and wanted to check out the 2014 Mirage. Brandon let me test drive the Mirage, while pointing out its features and options. Upon returning, just as we were sitting down to start runn... view moreing some numbers on the Mirage, my wife asked about any 2013 vehicles on the lot. Brandon told her that there was one 2013 vehicle left, an Outlander. It seems my wife had been checking that very vehicle out while I was out test driving the Mirage. So, before going any further, we asked to see the 2013 Outlander. My wife loved it! Besides being fully loaded, she felt that this would be a much safer vehicle for me to drive back and forth to work, being that I drive 48 miles to and from work Mon.-Fri. (safer in that the Outlander was a bigger vehicle than the Mirage, with much bigger tires, comparatively) I was quite happy with the Outlander, as well, so that`s what we ended up going with in the end. Brandon treated us so very well. He was very kind and considerate; he played SpongeBob cartoons on his computer to keep the kids entertained while papers were being drawn up; my wife`s iPhone needed recharging and he supplied a charger; my wife also had not eaten earlier in the day and Brandon offered to run next door to Burger King to get her something. Very nice. All in all, his knowledge of the vehicles that we saw was impressive and informative and at no time WHATSOEVER did my wife or I ever feel pressured into anything. A great buying experience! I will definitely refer/recommend Brandon and Mark Mitsubishi!
