I recently purchased a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis from this dealership. I was a little standoffish about this place at first after reading numerous reviews (most were negative). I found the experience of purchasing a car from the dealership amusing and easy. At first the dealer tried everything in the book to get me to drive off the lot with the car that day by the following comments: "Boy I will tell you..I... view more am not the best business man", "How about I give you this for free if you drive off with the car right now." I found it amusing but wanted a couple days to think it over and had to get some last minute financial stuff in order.
After doing so, I went back and was adamant about the car I wanted and would not look at anything else. The dealership made the entire process easy and stress free (first time in 3 car purchases from a dealer that this ever happened), and told me where they got the vehicle from. My financing was completed, up front and honest, told me what was wrong with the car (nothing) even after my own mechanic looked it over. I even took it to Saunderson Ford after purchasing it and they completed a 2 hour inspection and said that car was in showroom condition. I did have a problem with the AC after the second day, took it back and they had the problem resolved quickly and provided a loaner car. I got a fair sale price on a six year old car with under 52,000 miles. They even worked with me when I was waiting on my title after paying off my car that I was trading in. I got a very reasonable trade in value for my car considering the mileage. I will recommend people to this dealership and was very impressed when it was all said and done with my car buying experience. I will seriously consider buying another vehicle from this dealership in the future.

Absolutely WORST retail experience of all time. Found a 2005 Scion tC online priced at $9877 and listed at 97,000 miles. On the website you can calculate approximate payments. So we experimented with best and worse case scenarios, so we knew what we would be getting ourselves into payment wise. Everything seemed like a good deal. We went to the dealership to purchase the tC and took it for a test drive. We found that... view more the car actually had over 100,000 miles. The salesman then told us that the car was actually $10,999, and that the lowest payment he could get was nearly $500 a month! He would literally have to be giving us a 40% interest rate for that payment. Lying, shady, rude, unprofessional. Buyer beware!

Don`t buy from here unless you have to. I too heard the same lame thing..the people who traded in this car just had a baby and traded it in on a big cadillac or some such thing. Then we paid them to transfer the title which they INSISTED UPON and 17 days later we have NOT gotten the title. They told me to drive somewhere else to pick it up (about 5 miles away) and when I mentioned that we PAID them to get this ti... view moretle and I shouldn`t have to drive anywhere..he basically hung up on me, so I hung up too.
Nice people until they need to do something and are slackers. I would NEVER use this company again. They seem to embody the worst of used car dealers and give everyone a bad name.

This was a terrible place. The website claims to have a friendly atmosphere... nonsense. I went there to look at a Kia Sorento that was 5,445 and was incredibly disappointed. Any good car buyer would know that it is necessary to ask questions before purchasing a vehicle. Apparently, asking questions at this place will get you into an argument with the owner. They knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the car they were sellin... view moreg. The only information that was acquired was the fact that a "70-something year old lady" traded her car in for a CADILLAC! WHAT!?!? They knew nothing about the auto repair work, the history of the car, not even a simple characteristic about the tires. The salesperson told me that he would give me a 1 year warranty if I was to buy the car, but the owner was very quick to disagree. He told me that it would cost me 485 plus, he was going to raise the price of the car to 5,995 dollars. I just checked the car again online and now it is selling for over 6,000. The owner got extremely upset when we asked him SIMPLE questions and became very disrespectful. Although the Kia was very nice inside, it definitely was not worth the price they were selling it for. So, be careful when you shop there. Have your questions ready and DONT BACK DOWN. Or, just dont go there, it isnt worth your time.
