I went to this shop a few days...

I went to this shop a few days ago and will never go back. I found them on line where they offer a $10 off coupon for oil change service. Next I call to get their "normal" price without the coupon which is $24.60 (including waste disposal fee)So I make an appointment for the following day. I ask how long it will take and they tell me about 20 minutes since I am not having my tires rotated.Thinking that my b... view moreill will be $14.60 plus tax I was shocked to discover a bill for $34.59. When I disputed the bill they gave me the ridiculous excuse that the price they quoted me was after the $10 off. When I explained that I never told them I had a coupon, they said "we give everyone that price!" Oh and the service that was supposed to be a 20 minute service took just under 2 hours!!! Avoid this place like the plague. I called for a quote another time for a tire and they were the most expensive of the shops I called. Much better shops out there.

I should have written this rev...

I should have written this review a long time ago. I`ve been taking my cars to Ralph`s for about 8 years. I have not yet met more honest people (mechanics or otherwise) than Ralph and his team. On a couple occasions, I took my car to the dealership when having car trouble, then took it to Ralph`s for a second opinion only to discover that the dealership was trying to convince me that my car needed repairs it didn`t a... view morectually need. I never have to worry about Ralph`s claiming that my car needs unnecessary repairs to increase their bill, and I am certain that the job will get done right the first time--on the rarest occasion that it`s not perfect the first time, they always take it back in without hassle or extra charges. They truly cherish their customers and treat them no less than family.

I came here and was treated wonderfully. I am using their computer because my battery ran out. They were kind and informative. My service was prompt and I recieved a great deal. I will be back and I will definatly tell all of my firends. Hillary Brown
