Are they kidding???
Normally I don`t write negative reviews. But, this shop deserves it. We walked into the shop to be greeted by an unfriendly service manager. We had to wait while he did something behind the counter. I asked for an estimate for repair: a replacement for the catalytic converter with 177,000 miles. He gave me his estimate: $777.00! I asked him twice to be sure. I hope many of the folks who think because they l... view moreive closeby that they`re getting a break, because if they drive a few mile norh to Mesa Muffler, they can get the same job for 177.00 parts AND LABOR! Also included: 50,000 mile warranty and a smile!
