That they suck and do not have any decentsy for their customers. I took in a dirt bike about 2 months ago, he told me that it would take a couple weeks to get it in great condition, got me the estimate and I told him to go ahead. Now 2 months later I go into his shop and its taken apart in pieces NOT fixed. He keeps saying he is waiting on parts but it will be done by the end of the week (I HAVE HEARD THAT SINCE WEEK... view more 2!) Always tells me he will give me a call and let me know whats going on, NEVER gotten a phone call from him. My advice, would be not to take anything to this shop because they are full of themselves, they do good work, but NOT in a timely manner and NOT good customer service. Very unhappy!!
