Reviews:

Moussa was excellent. Most professional and courteous. Took all the time necessary with us to make the experience a pleasant one. Looking forward to being a Prius owner.

Where to start. First, I am convinced now that the glowing reviews for this dealer are false, created by people who work for the dealer. Look at the distribution of stars. The majority are five stars or one stars. Not a normal distribution. Sit down and listen to my tale of woe. My car began starting intermittently so I dropped it off on Sunday night. I just moved to Phoenix and had always used Toyota for ... view moreall my car needs in Atlanta. I get a call at 7:12am (they open at 7:00am) from Bob, one of their service reps, . He went through a laundry list of items such as spark plugs (they were replaced less than a year ago) coolant flush (done six months ago). I asked was it would cost to replace just the starter which is what he said was causing the problem. Bob said $695. I immediately said that sounded high. I asked for an hour to call around and compare prices. The very first place I called quoted me $345. I called Bob back and he told me that if I had it towed to a different location that he would still charge me $140 for diagnostics. I asked about the price again saying it was over twice what I was quoted at the other shop. Well it apparently included a new battery and half an hour of labor for putting it in (battery was fine). Price dropped to $540. I should have gone ahead had had it towed, but at that point the $55 dollar difference didn`t seem worth it. I waited and waited for them to finish and Bob kept telling me it would be done within the hour. Four hours later (a total of seven hours). Finally I show up and Bob rolls up in the car and I go ahead and pay. I get home and an hour later I start the car and there is a horrible noise. I`m like wonderful. I bring it back the next day and find Bob and explain what was going on. He checks it out and says it`s the motor fan and that they had nothing to do with it (very defensive) and they could look at it but they would have to charge me. I tell him no, it wasn`t making this noise when I brought it in. He tells me, "well I don`t know that for sure, your car wouldn`t start." He would have heard it when he started the car to bring it to me the day before and so I point that out to him and he says he doesn`t remember. Begrudgingly he finally takes it back to the shop to check it out. Turns out that it`s the CD changer. My brain is about to explode at this point. He says that they don`t work on CD players and that they didn`t cause it. The CD player is hooked up to the electrical system which they most certainly did work on. Finally he goes and get the service manager. He tinkers with it a bit and comes back and says they can`t do anything. I tell him you have to, you broke it. He tells me, I`m not calling you a liar, but I don`t know that it wasn`t already broken. I again explain to him again that it most certainly wasn`t making that noise. He tells me again that he`s not call me a liar, but that he thinks that it wasn`t working when I brought it in. I tell him that you are calling me a liar and he tells me I can`t help you. After all this I get home and hit lock on my key fob and my car alarm has been disconnected. I call my brother to vent (he`s a service manager at Nissan in GA) and he tells me that his thinks the reason my car wasn`t starting could have been that my car was in lock down mode so they disconnected my alarm to get the car started and it was never the starter at all. This place is terrible. Please I`m begging you, please don`t go here. This is the scummiest shop I have ever been to, and I have been to some sketch shops. They are liars and snakes. For your own sake please stay away.

Exceptionally good. Wonderful people. No pressure. I came through the Car Pro program and Jerry Reynolds was right. You folks are really first class. William Fakhoury, Tom Redd, Moussa Haddad, and Chris Nolan were very courteous. Several times other staff would say hello and ask me if I needed something. Quite different from my past experiences.

I was actively looking for a reliable, versatile and great car for a week . Tuesday afternoon May 14, 2013 after school, I`ve decided to look around and have visited other dealers in town but then found the one that I really like when my boyfriend and I went to Right Toyota Frank Lloyd wright Blvd. The sales man Samuel Schroeder approach us while we`re looking a used VW cc . And he introduced us to Toyota RAV 4 certi... view morefied used , we went for a test drive and fell in love with it right away! It`s an amazing car, super like it a lot. Then, Sam and his Manager Fabio helped us getting the negotiation done the same evening the price we felt comfortable with. So, I bought the Car Brand new RAV 4 - I love it! The size is perfect for me , not too big nor too small. Excellent driving condition. I love the color, features and the over all experience during the process. Today, I drove my car to ASU and drives perfect! Overall, EXCELLENT Sales Experience! Great job Sam - thank you for your help. I would definitely recommend Right Toyota to my friends that are planning to buy car this year. Michelle Blake

All of the staff at Right Toyota were very helpful and friendly. I didn`t feel like I was being pushed into buying a car like other dealers do. I will recommend Right to my friends any day!

Wonderful as always. Absolutely hassle free working with Mr. Jeff Westcott and the Right finance department. This is the fourth Tacoma I have purchased from Right and Mr. Westcott and I feel very fortunate to have him in my corner. I will never go anywhere else and will continue to refer friends and family.
