Little Things Matter the Most
I recently had a tire go flat on me (well, not on me -- on my car!). I took it in to Community Tire and they repaired it for me. I told the Manager that I was the one that had to take the flat off and put on the "donut" in order to get home. I asked him if I would have to put the tire back onto the car myself -- or is that something that they would do for me. The reply was, "It`s already done!&quot... view more; Wow, that was great! After I had put the "donut" on my car; I had literally just set all the tools and jack loose in my trunk with the flat tire on top of everything. I thought -- "Why put everything back secured when I would just have to take it all apart again to put the tire back on?!?" (I didn`t want to press my luck -- I hadn`t broken a nail yet!) I know that this may have sounded silly to most of you -- but I really DO appreciate all the little things that Community Tire does for its customers. They treat you like you are "family"! I want to extend a big "THANK YOU" to ALL the staff at Community Tire. Sincerely, Gail Miller

Trustworthy, Service-Oriented, and Value Priced
The team at Community Tire and Automotive Service Specialists have earned my trust from the very beginning. I met one of the owners at a chamber of commerce networking mixer. At the time, my vehicle was serviced at the dealer from which I bought my car; but the service agreement with that dealership had just expired, so I gave Community a try for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only did they take care of me fast... view moreer than promised, but they thoroughly inspected my car and made recommendations about what I could do to keep my vehicle performing better and how to maintain the service to avoid costly repairs in the future. Not once did they make recommendations for items that the vehicle didn`t need, as I experienced from one of their competitors. No matter which location I visit--whether the service team or management knows me or not--the Community staff treat me like an old friend. No sooner did I have one foot out of the car than one of their mechanics rushed out to welcome me and invite me into their lobby. They pulled up my records from the other location I normally visit near my home and took in my vehicle right away. They even identified that Community offered a discount on oil changes to members of my chamber of commerce, invited me to a free car care clinic to learn more about how to better maintain my vehicle and save money, then gave me a coupon to use on my next visit. I have shopped around, in the past, trying to find the best price for repairs and maintenance. Though I see other prices advertised for tires and oil changes, the competition always ended up charging me more than they quoted. Not at Community! In fact, if there is ever any variance at all from the original quote, the price is less than I was quoted. Never once have I been `up sold` on things I didn`t need, and I always leave confident that my car is safe and running smooth before I get on the road for business or just driving around town. Thanks!

The best in town
I took my Mercedes to Phoenix Motor Company for regular service and they told me I needed an $800 brake job. I said forget about it and instead took it to Community Tire after calling to find out if they work on Mercedez vehicles. When I brought it to them they said I had 20,000 miles left on my brakes and that I was lied to. From that point on they have had my service. They are professional, honest and fast. If ... view moreyou need a ride they drop you off or give you a loaner. If you need an oil change and are flying out of town, drop off your car at the Buckeye location, they will take you to the airport, work on your car, and pick you up when you return to Sky Harbor. Use them instead of the competition!
