Hates Mazda, Bad service

This is also the Prescott Mazda dealer, but unfortunately, they hate Mazda. Both times we bought a car there they tried to sell us a POS Ford instead before finally relenting and letting us buy what we wanted. The first car we bought had an aftermarket alarm installed, then crudely removed, leaving connectors and screw holes in our new interior. The second car was delivered to us without the proper dealer prep bein... view moreg done, including still having the shipping pressure in the tires still, which is MUCH higher than normal, and dangerous. If letting some air out was too much trouble, what other tasks do they not bother with? We also have to wait for certain days when their "Mazda guy" is there, even if we just need basic service that any competent technician could perform. When we did take it for an oil change, and to have a minor noise checked, they supposedly did that, plus a full inspection and rotation, but my wife was only there an hour from arrival to departure, and I saw no signs of fresh work being done, like dust being scuffed, etc. Their parts department is also a joke. I`ve never seen people with less enthusiasm, or sense of urgency. Like with sales and service, anytime I`ve gone in for Mazda parts, the guys there knew NOTHING about Mazdas, and clearly weren`t interested in helping me get my parts. I`ve complained, but every time was met with a smug attitude and deaf ears. I guess being the only dealer for 100 miles means they don`t have to try.
