DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Went in for a car wash and Matt told me they could easily fix the "nick" on my winshield. It wasn`t bad, but he said it`s an easy fix and would cost nothing for me. They came to my work and completed the service (asked me to sign before starting the repair). When I walked to my car I immediatley noticed a clearish circle about 1 and a half inches in diameter AND a crack within the c... view moreircle. I may be a 25 year old female but I know he must have applied too much pressure causing a crack, and then too much resin. The circle of resin is right in my line of sight! All they did was apologize and tell me there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the paper I signed. Now I have to drive around with a circle obstructing my view - so watch out because I don`t have 500 dollars to pay for a new winshield. This company is a scam and is not willing to take ownership of their mistakes. They should at least train their staff as to how to fix a crack and how to inform the customer of what they`re signing for. There is no warranty and you know what that means, no guarantee that the service will be completed well. Safelight is much more reputable and has a warranty on all of their work.

I had my windshield replaced when this business approached me at the car wash. It was convenient. This was about two years ago. They call me about once every two months. It is harassment. When I don`t answer the phone they don`t leave a message. I ask them to stop calling me and they have told me they would. They were the only people who went out of thir way to find - and get the insurance to approve - original CarMex glass, and not aftermarket. Came when they said they would with the glass they aid, and they window screens no one else wanted to bother with either BTW - and did their job well.

I work for ever ready.

I work for ever ready glass and aome people are right but we have new management and we are doing the best we have ever done. Yes I do work there but for a long time I was not happu with the way things where delt with. But now we are better then ever. Thank you new management.

I have used Ever Ready twice f...

I have used Ever Ready twice for a new windshield on my 07 Vibe and I could not be happpier!!! They did everything they said they would when they said they would. And yes, they do use the good OEM glass not the cheap stuff like others. I have even used their FREE chip repair service, what a great PLUS!! I am getting ready to call them right now for a replacement in our company truck. I would not go anywhere else.

Read other reviews after I scheduled two efforts to replace windshield. They struck out both times, could not provide service at the agreed time/place. After reading other reviews I now understand they have a serious management problem. I`m all about spending my money with local businesses whenever possible, but they have to meet their end of the contract. So, I`ll go with a company that has more favorable reputation... view more. Do Not Use This Company

When I got a crack in my windshield I started looking for companies to replace my windshield. By chance, I was approached by a sales representative from Ever Ready Glass Commpany. Everything sounded great and I scheduled the replacement right away. They did arrive as scheduled and took care of the windshield. However, I soon discovered that it had been poorly installed. The manager (Peter) who I talked to seemed help... view moreful at first and I ended-up getting the run around and in the end nothing was done to fix the problem. I contacted my insurance company and they scheduled me with Safelite to get the problem fixed. Safelite did a great job and they were very professional. Do not use Ever Ready Glass!!! It is not worth the risk no matter how good they make it sound- go to Safelite or try your luck with another company.

Best Experience

I travel for work quite frequently, so I have to replace my windshield every few months it seems. I have used every glass company in the Tucson area, none of them compare to the experience I had with Ever Ready. They took care of my entire insurance claim, even waived my $50 deductible, scheduled me the same day, and when they came out, the glass they brought wasn`t the cheap stuff that the other companies were using... view more. !!Collateral Damages!!

This is my three stikes and ever-ready is out. In my opinion Ever-Ready Glass is one of those good `ol boy companys, I mean sure you can get a free windshield hear and there if you know the right person. but it is not always the best idea to go with the under dog, let me elaborate on this. Strike one how dose a professional window guy not remember to put the rear view mirror back up? ok no big deal. Strike two, on ... view moremy 2nd window I swear the guy must of removed my windshield wippers with a crow bar, chipping my paint on my classic truck. ok this is a big deal! Strike three.. Window #3 This time they had two guys to do the job. and I must say they seemed to do a good job... "seemed to do a good job" Not long after I found that that my windshield leaks water when it rains and with it came the collateral Damages a ruined headliner and even electrical shorts in my fuzzbox. OK at this point I have had enough! So i decided to set up an appointment to resolve these issues and after about a 10 minutes they handed my keys over and asked me to sign on the dotted line.. so I asked the professional what he did to fix the problem? he said he "put a line of caulking on the leak". then I asked about the headliner? after some small talk he got his manager. this is where it just got real stupid! The second sentence from him was "I`m not gonna buy you a headliner"! and he swore up and down that the headliner has been like that for years. Little did he know I had only had the car for about a year, his way of calling me a liar. Even after letting him know of my previous experiences of dissatisfaction with Ever-Ready Glass`s workmanship he could care less about hearing me out. and here comes the cherry on top of it all, He threatened to call my insurance agent. So if you have more time than money or vise versa and want to have Collateral Damages and deplorable customer service the choice is yours.
