Terrible customer service, unethical business practices

When I first went here I thought that the owner was actually being very nice and helpful with my car. I have repeatedly gone back for them to fix a problem and repeatedly they don`t fix the problem and find something else to fix. Last time I went, they assured my they had fixed the problem, to the tune of $1300, not 10 miles out of the station, the check engine light came back on. The mechanic could not offer any ... view moreexplanation other than bring it back and I`ll take a look at it. I don`t have another $1300 to spend with you guys, I don`t have another 8 hours to devote to waiting for my car to be repaired. PLEASE FOLKS GO ELSEWHERE.....The mechanics are more concerned with their cigarettes than their customers. I hate feeling robbed and that`s exactly how this shop makes me feel. Boo hiss.
