Don`t mess around with someone who doesn`t know diesels.
One of the loves of my life is my 02 Dodge/Cummins pickup truck. I was having trouble with the transmission, it was ""gear finding"" . I took it to my regular guy, I took it to my transmission guy, then I took it to Desert Diesel. Fank fixed it. No BS, not overpriced, done in a timely fashion. If Frank come off brusk some times, it`s because he`s actually listening . He shows his respect for his customers by ... view moregetting it done right, with no BS. If I had gone to Desert Diesel the first time, I`d have a lot more money in my pocket now. I got Franks name from another ""Diesel Brother"" and I`ll be passing his name on to the nest guy.

Excellent Service
Am mystified by the ""Horrible"" review. Sounds like the issue was related to the ""Frank"" individual, with no reference to the quality of work. Perhaps it was a personality conflict.
Our contact with Frank was quite positive, and his work and assistance was equally so. I guess you should check it out for yourself. I only know of one other individual who had work done there, and he also had a positive experience.

Horrible
I do not think rude is the word to descried this place. The experience we had there was HORRIBLE! The owner Frank whom is also the mechanic does not care about customers or business. Call and talk to him you will get a good idea about how arrogant he is. Customers are key to any company?ˆ™s success, I am surprised they are not shut down! You are better off going to a dealership, paying a little more and knowing that yo... view moreu are cared about! No words to describe the horrible experience!
