Terrible Service and Workmenship

Just got my car back after having it in the shop for 3 weeks when in fact Randy indicated that it would take no more at 5 business days to complete the job. Just seems everytime I called there was always a different excuse as to why the car was not done, cost me additonal time in money in car rental charges which I didn`t intend to happen. Engine House would not assist in additional cost of rental car in my 3rd we... view moreek. I feel that this company is incompentent to provide you with the type of workmanship and service ones comes to expect when paying over $2500 for a rebuilt engine. Horrible Service and Workmanship

Company is a total RIP OFF...Paid $2600 for a new rebuilt engine for my car.. Ran good for 1 week, and then the problems started all over again. Contacted Randy at the shop advising him of the problem, have brought the car in 2 times and still not running to where it should be. Now I`m filing a small claims suit against this company for not honoring warranty, false promises, false advertising, and breach of contrac... view moret after spending all this time and money. Biggest RIP OFF company in Phoenix

Don`t do business with this company as they lie about everything they do, Thought I had a new rebuilt engine when in fact very little was done other than painting the block. Car still runs lousy, won`t repair it to my satisfaction after spending $2200. Contacted BBB and AG office to file complaints about this company. Company is a SCAM

Profmises new parts for rebuilt engines only to find that old parts where put in.

Not to be trusted, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Beware!!!!
