Great service in AZ

The guys at Capitol were really nice and professional. I didn`t feel like I was left in the dark once I gave them my car, and they helped me deal with the insurance company which was definitely a relief.

It`s an awful thing to be in an accident and it only makes matters worse to have to deal with haggling insurance companies and the loss of transportation in the aftermath. When my son was in an accident John Gerrie and Capitol Collision stepped right up to the plate and eliminated a lot of stress for me and my family. They dealt with the insurance company, kept me informed, and provided me solutions to my predicame... view morent. I found their customer service to be off the charts. When my vehicle was a total, they helped me get the settlement from my insurance company so I could get into a new vehicle right away. They gained little to nothing from me in terms of business and they were extremely helpful.

I found Capitol Collision online and chose to visit them because of their reviews. Our RV was too big for them to work on so they recommended all pro fleet paint and body in glendale (who did an awesome job). Although I did not use capitol the company is first class- very friendly staff from the minute I entered to when they recommended another shop. Very clean body shop and a very nice retro lobby!

I had an Issue after getting my vehicle repaired at this shop. However, I do believe this was an honest mistake. Capitol Collision was quick to give me a call to get more information. I took my car back to the shop and they sincerely apologized for any inconvenience and made sure they accommodated to my needs as my vehicle was being worked on. My friend informed me about repair service due to my bumper was dented and she recommend Captiol Collison to do the repairs when I went to the shop right away they had excellent customer service and completed the repairs within three day. I was so happy for the quick turn around.

I recently got my Jeep repaired at Capitol Collision. They did a fantastic job. My insurance company wanted me to use their service center but after getting recommendation from friends and looking at the reviews on line, I decided to get my cars repaired at Capitol. I had a fender bender in my truck and had no insurance to pay to fix it. I found capitol body shop online and they quoted me a fair price and fixed me up. The truck was done on time and the price was fair. They did want I wanted done without trying to run the bill up like some mechanic shops. I`m ex military and don`t appreciate any BS. My daughter was told to send her car to Capitol Collision after she was in a minor car accident. this company was very unprofessional and I believe they are dishonest. They conducted an assessment of the car and determined it to be totaled. the car was only going 5 miles an hour during the accident and only the bumper and hood had damage, but they apparently added in other items such as damage to the air conditioner,... view more which was completely untrue. I think their plan was to buy the car from Progressive for cheap and turn around and sell it for a profit since the car was in very good shape with exception to the hood and bumper. then, as we went to retrieve the car, the mechanic told me I had to pay $140 for putting the car back. This is not how this works. I paid the amount, just becuase I did not want to deal with this person. He then followed me out and offered to perform additional work, to which I replied, "I will never bring anything here." I am a middle aged man and I am fully aware that the company who assesses my car for damage for my insurance company SHOULD NOT charge me a fee. I contacted my insurance. they were suprised and agreed that Capitol Collision was wrong in doing so. Do not trust this shop.

After stopping at a filling station not far from the Grand Canyon, the driver side door was unfortunately caught by the full force of the wind after which it no longer sealed properly along the top edge of the door. A trip to Capital Collision and an estimate for replacement of the top door hinge (which was slightly bent), paint, and refitting the door back in place came to $211. But Jon, the employee who gave me the... view more estimate offered to tweak the door at its weakest point along the top edge and away from the front of the car just to see if he could accomplish an easy fix without replacing the hinge. Jon stood on the inside of the door and put his knee up against it and then grabbed the top corner of the door and gently tugged it back which solved the problem. The door now seals properly and it didn`t cost a thing. Thanks for you help Jon.

I took my company panel van to Capitol after I thought the price the truck dealer quoted me was very high. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me honest advise about the repair and although he could not do the repair since the truck would not fit in his painting booth, he referred me to All Pro Fleet Painting who ended up doing a great job.
