Pro Tint were on time and did ...
Pro Tint were on time and did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice. They didn`t high pressure us, but answered all of our questions. Our home is much cooler without having to close the blinds. We told our friends and they had there windows done also. They are very happy.

Got Lint??
I had 5 window done at Pro Tint. While discussing prices, they discovered we were from California. The young woman at the counter began telling us how much more money it would cost us in Ca. I`m thinking ok.....but I think we`re in Az and what does Ca have to do with it......but ok. Should have been my first clue. It took all afternoon, but they completed the job. After I got home I noticed a few cuts in the tint ... view more, a razor blade on the passenger side floor and some fuzz between the tint film and the window on the back. I went back the next morning and spoke to owner. I showed him the lint and never made mention of the other cuts and the blade on the floor of my front seat. He told me he could "cut out" the section with the lint. I told him no, my husband wanted it to be one whole piece. (I`m thinking, what the hell......we paid you for a window tint not a quilt.) I`m really trying to remain objective. He then wanted me to wait for a sunny day. (By the way......it`s monsun season here.) I told him that wouldn`t work as we were leaving in a few days. He then asked where we were from and where we were going. He then told me he pieced them together in Ca "all the time". (Here we go again with the Ca thing.) He then told me peeling could ruin the heating element in window. (Ok.....it`s clear to me now that this man is willing tell me anything to keep from replacing one film on one window.......maybe this film will break the business......the office was pretty sparsely furnished.) I then told him he would have to refund me some money. Oh boy......that did it.....he was really aggitated now. All of a sudden he could steam off the tint and the heating element would be perfectly fine, however the process was going to take over my life. I told him that would be ok......I would wait. (I`m thinking........ it`s probably not the smartest thing to do right now to leave my vehicle unattended with these orangutans....I might end up with a razor blade in my seat.) They replaced the tint in about an hour and a half but not without making it clear to everyone in the shop what a pain in the azz I was because I didn`t want to drive around with lint in my tint. The nerve of me to expect to get what I pay for. I realized later that the young lady at the desk was his daughter. What an example to set for your kid.........
