Salesmen are Unprofessional

I have emailed them with the intention of getting a price for a vehicle. When we realized that they don`t have the vehicle we want, I emailed these salespeople and told them thank you for their time and that I will be removing them from my list. I received two responses from one of them (David Horn). One to thank me (with lots of exclamation marks). And the other that he wanted to clarify that he was thanking me ... view morefor removing him from my list and that he has a hard time removing "this junk" from his email and listing it as spam. I had a good intention of getting a good price to buy a vehicle. For him to refer to my email as junk or spam is totally unprofessional. He and the others are the reason why we never liked buying a new car and setting foot at a dealership. Go somewhere else with your money, maybe they`ll have more professional salespeople.
