Worst shop yet

Ive got an 89 K5 Blazer. I wanted BDM to install a viper alarm and a keyless ignition system. They installed a Clarion alarm and there keyless ignition would not disengage my starter therefore damaging my starter and my flywheel. There response was the system they installed didnt work well with my engine. Then why did they install it? The gave me my money back on the ignition system but would not pay for the other da... view moremages. They also installed power door locks that frequently malfunction. I sincerely wish I hadn`t taken my truck to these crooks.

simple task, poor quality and service

I wanted an emblem painted to match my truck. They recommended a billet piece to be powder coated which I bought and later learned was overpriced and poor quality. It took about three weeks to get back from their powder coaters, when I was told it would be about a week. Each time I called I was told it would be really soon. When I received the completed billet emblem it would not line up with the factory chevy ... view moregrill because of being bent before reaching my hands and/or possibly just poor product. The powder coat was also dripping off the side and back which prevented seating it, and it looked horrible. After sanding it down myself, I molded it back to shape with a rubber mallet, put it on my truck, and it just did not look good. Cheap from beginning to end even though I paid a lot for it. I later purchased a billet emblem from the dealer and found a shop that did an awesome paint job, and it fit like a glove and it was still less expensive than BDM. There are better shops out there that take pride in their work in everything they do.
