DON`T GO THERE!!!

MY MOM TOOK MY CAR IN THERE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO FOR A FRONT END ALIGNMENT... THEY REPLACED A BUNCH OF PARTS, CHARGED 10% OVER RETAIL (ALMOST $600). WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK IT PULLED TO THE LEFT... THEN TODAY COMMING FROM SCHOOL, I HIT THE BRAKES AND THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL LOCKED UP. THE CALIPER BOLT HAD COME LOOSE... THEY DIDN`T TIGHTEN IT. I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. LUCKILY THE GUY AT CHECKER AUTO IN AJ LOOKED AND FOUND... view more THE PROBLEM AND SOLD ME A NEW BOLT. EARTHMOVER ALSO LEFT A SOCKET ON THE TIEROD BOLT... THESE GUYS DON`T KNOW WHAT THEY`RE DOING... JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY... BETTER TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REPTUABLE PLACE IN THE VALLEY.

Front end work

Don`s not there anymore. I like the new manager...
They rebuilt a front end for me, and did good work with quality (Moog) parts...The markup on the parts was minimal, and the labor cost was a fair price.
However, I`m not too sure of the expertize of the front end tech. I took my truck in there twice to have the front end aligned and both times they told me it was OK.
However there is noticable negative cambe... view morer on the left front and the tire is wearing out on the inside. But both times they told me it was within specs...
So, I like the people and the mechanical work they do, but I`m not sure if the front end tech really understands the dynamics of a front end alignment...
