I brought in a coupon for a FR...

I brought in a coupon for a FREE oil change and a man claiming to be Kerry the owner himself said he would not honor the coupon because I am not a home owner. I informed him that I was not aware that I had to be a home owner because the advertisement and coupon does not indicate this anywhere. He ripped up the advertisement in front of me and said I cannot have it back because it is his advertisement. Took my car in for an oil chan...

Took my car in for an oil change. an hour later I come back and they have my entire front end torn apart in an attempt to sell me a brake job at over $600.00 When I balked at the price and declined, they got quite nasty with me and tell me not to return, they don`t want my business.
