BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. We went to this dealership and bought a 2005 Chrysler 300, put down a $1500 down payment. Took the car home and was having issues with the gas guages and mileage we were getting with the car. When it came to make the 1st car payment we were going to be 3 days late, we called the finance company and... view more they said we had until Saturday to make the payment, which would have given us 4 more days. The next day we sent the payment in. The payment got there on Thursday, but low and behold we go outside and the car had been towed. We called the dealership immediatley and asked them why they towed it. They said we were late on the payment. We explained to them we were told we had until Saturday and today was Thursday, and they even admitted that they had the payment. Then they told us we would have to pay $375 for a tow charge, we argued that we should not have to pay that because they should have never towed it in the first place, and they had payment. Didn`t matter, then they told us that while they had the car they would fix the fuel sensor chip that was causing the gas mileage issues and that it would be covered under warranty. Four days went by and we kept calling to see if the car was ready, and then when we finally spoke to someone they told us that there was another issue with the car that was not covered by warranty and it would cost an additional $330 to cover another part that the car, they said they had to wait for the part to come in. Now another 3 days go by and we call first thing Monday morning, now we are being told that it will cost $972 to get the car back, which includes the towing fee, the part and labor for fixing the car, and daily accrued storage fees for storing the car after it was towed (even though the only reason it sat there for so many days is because they told us they were waiting for a part so they could fix the car). Then we just told them, screw it they could keep the car we just wanted our $1500 deposit back, and they are refusing to give us that back. We will be contacting legal representation and trying to contact a news station to let them know how shady this company is. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!

They do not even deserve a one star rating. They will rip you off. Not only will they sell you a car that will continue to break down but when it does they could care less to help you. The office staff is so RUDE and the sales men will tell you what you want to hear to get the purchase. The things promised will not be delivered! I wouldn`t even recommend my worst enemies here. RUN LIKE HELL! I am currentyl building my lawsuit against them. Sold me the car on lies. They dont report to all 3, only to Equifax, which NO financial institution will EVER look at. Its a big waste. They lie about everything. I probably got the best car they ever sold because nothing has broken yet and everything works fine. but the payments suck and are higher than the sales people at this place.

NEVER GO HERE they will sell you a lemon and try to srew you for every penny you have i bought my car from this company feb 2 2013 for $216 every two weeks I even handed the 1500 dollars for a down payment anyway to the issue the day i got the car i knowdest a weird sound coming from the steering turns out the power steering pump was out ok easy fix but the not even two weeks later a went in to make my first payment ... view morei knowdest i had transmission fluid spraying out thurns out there was a crack in the tranny hmmm full inspection sounding phony right about now so of course i have it taken in to the dealership to get it fixed they say sorry i cant fix you car till the 28th of next month (keep in mind this is a family car me-my wife-and my one year old) so after paying a real auto motive repair shop over 3000 dollar to get a new tranny and serviced completely i went to the dealership over the issue and of course the only repose is "well ur payment is due next week" working on a lemon lawsuit as i type :)

If you want a JUNK Car THIS IS THE PLACE .100 `s of junk cars in stock & on display. I put 1000 down and I still didnt receive my truck yet. None of the Cars or trucks I wanted had AC or were cleaned. They held my money for 5 days and I have no Truck to show for it. DONT DRIVE NOW JUST DRIVE ON BY.This business (if you can call it that) does not even deserve a rating of any stars ( i would think stars would mean something good and this is a very bad place of business.) I have let them screw me over for the past 2 years due to my credit history being at a disadvantage. And they know this of their customers. What a for sure sales. But I guess if just felt so good I kept letting them do it for 2 years. I will try and be brief. But this one you just wont believe. I purchased a 2005 Ford Tarus from them 2 years ago, only because it was the only car they offered me. I only asked for two things. 1. That it had air conditioning that worked 2. 4 good tires. along with the obvious. The air condition hasn`t worked since the day I got the car. And i had to replace one tire the next day. then all four tires within one month. To get back to my salesman who promised me all these things was no longer with the company the next day and was handed off from one to another. Anyway after making an appointment for the mechanic to look at the problems i noted. I gave the finance manager the balance due on my down. He and his wife were going to Vegas that weekend. And somehow they did not get the info that i paid the down so the mechanic department canceled my appointment and of course too much time went by and they would not see the vehicle. ok enough and thats just the 1st car. Just wait for chapt 2 on the car i just bought from them. thanks for listening BUT PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU ARE EVEN THINKING OF BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Great service

Not sure what everyone else is talking about, but this is the only place that would finance me! Ended up pickin up a truck for a decent payment and price, runs great. Only thing I needed was a new tire and battery which they installed while I was inside! O also sent my friend over and they gave me $200!

DRIVE NOW IS A SACAM!!

I knew from the beginning if its too good to be true, than it probably is!! Should have never come to this place, u get what you pay for here... My fiance & I were in a jam and made a terrible last minute decision... The sales men & sales manager lied to us from the beginning from warranties, to the problem I sensed with the vehicle even after one or the sales jerks drove it... WE EVEN got hustled by the GM, they had to replace the transmission, had it longer that our warranty covered and bc it was there fault we still had to pay part of the tranny.. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO DRVE NOW... when this Company purchases their vehicles they whatch them be driven into the auto auction & onto their trucks, which means there is no inspection or concern for the working & safety of the vehicles ( this was actually told to me later by one of the sales guys who actually felt bad)... WORST DECISION OF OUR LIVES!! the vehicle I bought has costed sooooo much time & money, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL...
