Hate Speedy Glass

In March 2012, I had my window replaced at my house I talked to a man named Ben at Speedy Glass in AZ, he told me it was going to be 360.00 to replace my window that I would have to pay for then my Insurance would have to reimburst me. I told them never mind about the service cause my Insurance guy told me I don`t have to pay anything out of pocket that the insurance would take care of it. He talked to Ben and conf... view moreirmed it as well. So I got my window replaced and turned out that I needed another one replaced as well and they never showed up. At this point I was fed up with the company and said forget it. So on May 10th, 2 months later, Speedy Glass decides that they are going to take out $360.00 of my bank account, unauthorized. They never called me or sent me a letter letting me know. I called Ben and talked to him, he stated that the insurance authorized him to deduct the funds out of my account, sorry but my Insurance guy cannot authorize that, the only person who can is me!

Best place for a windshield replacement

I saw them online at speedyglass dotcom and read how they care about their customers. They use OEM glass and have professionals installers that come to you. I got an instant quote and found that they were very competitive. I saw that they have a refer a friend program, but choose not to participate in it. I would say these guys looked the most professional out of all the sites.
