Angel is very honest and makes sure he recommends service that is needed only to keep my Odyssey purring like a kitten.
I do not feel that I am being nickel and dimed for the benefit of the dealership.
I really like the Express Service so that I can come in without an appointment and wait for the car. The waiting time is always very reasonable and your customer service area is great.

I thought the service rep informed me very well. He told me that the service person was the most senior repair person in the shop. I thought the lounge area was very clean and confortable. I did talk to a Sales person and he was very nice as well. I has another vehicle repair at your body shop and was very happy with it as well.

have always had outstanding service.
Needed a key for our Ridgeline and a quote for repair of rear seat. We were given a detailed report on what we would require, we will be returning for the work once the parts are in. Excellent communication, courtesy, and friendly attitude, We would highly recommend this dealer over the competition in the Tucson area. We have been here before for our Pilot and have always had outstanding service.

exceeded my expectations.
As usual Chapman exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have been using Chapman for our Oil Changes ever since we purchased her orginal Honda Accord and now our Honda Pilot from Chapman. The service is the best in the city. I went in on Friday morning and was out of the office within an hour. Carl was very helpful and extremely nice.

I have used Chapman Honda twice and have been greatly satisfied with the speed and fair dealings in getting a trade price for my used car and with buying a new automobile. This goes for all of the departments I have dealt with in making a purchase or getting service.

Angel is the best.
Angel is the best. Explained everything and the cost was not a surprize. He is awesome and so accomodating. I will not go anywbere else for service. I always take Angel`s suggestions. He has not steered me wrong! All your associates should be as great.

I walked into Chapman Honda already assured I would get a great price because I used USAA`s car buying program. The dealers were courteous and provided me with a low pressure, no hassle negotiation process that took less than 24 hours to complete. I came in on a Friday night, and drove away with a new car Saturday afternoon.

very pro-active in getting the proper people on the job
Jerry took me to work, assuring me the carpet/fastening device for the drivers` floor mat would be fixed. I received a call BEFORE I was scheduled to pick it up, saying it was ready. The fix appears to be working. Time will tell! Jerry was very pro-active in getting the proper people on the job to get it done.
