Good Repairs. Questionable Sales Pitching. Expensive.
I work in the Scottsdale Airpark area, and this shop is only a few minutes from my office, so I took my truck there a few times for a couple different repairs out of convenience... brake job, oil change, major service, etc. Their repairs definitely seemed reliable, but I always felt pressured to buy more additional services.
The last time I brought my truck in, I left feeling like a fool for continuing to bring t... view morehem my business, in spite of my distrust of the office staff (there were 2 guys, and I would deal with one or the other). They were somewhat rude, but what bothered me more was that they seemed to use an intentionally intimidating tone. Now, I strongly regret going there several times just because it was close, and for ignoring my sneaking suspicion that they were manipulating me.
The worst part is that they were quite expensive (and, yes, I know it is Scottsdale and all, but seriously... we don`t all have a Benz). I wish I had done more price shopping before deciding to go there... and go back! I will not be going there again. I just don`t have the money to waste on ""convenience"" anymore... and I regret giving them as much business as I already have.

Customer For Life!
I`ve been taking my Nissan Xterra to this shop for over a year now, and I`ve never felt as comfortable anywhere else. As a young woman, I have always worried that I was getting screwed at auto shops, you know? Not anymore though, cause I`ll never go anywhere else! (Fingers crossed I don`t have to move for work!...unless it`s to the Caribbean, and I won`t need a car then anyway :)
The first time I took my SUV here... view more -- for a 100K service and a phantom noise -- I decided that I wasn`t going to get screwed over this time. For the 100K, their prices were close to what I`d looked up online and the shop owner was so nice, so I felt pretty good about them.
But just to be sure, I got a second opinion from another nearby auto shop (who will remain nameless). For one, the other shop`s prices were much higher (like they were actually charging me extra for having the ability to bear children!), and they also read me a laundry list of all this other stuff I "needed" too...my typical auto shop experience.
The techs at SAA also suggested additional repairs, but told me which ones I could wait on, and which ones were actually vital. They explained everything in a way that any average Jane could understand, and I felt confident that they were treating me fairly and honestly. And the bonus is that I actually feel more knowledgeable about cars now!
So, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! They are really the best, literally. :)

Poor customer service
this china man was rude and unbecoming professional. Sorry to say, I would not recommend this shop. Better automotive care could be obtained anywhere else.
