Treated me right!
My experience was the exact opposite of ""notsohappydude."" I was on my way to visit my husband in the hospital when my ""radiator"" light came on. Fletcher`s was the closest place, so I pulled in. I fully expected the worst -a big expensive repair. Instead, they checked everything carefully and told me it was a bad sensor. My car was safe to drive, and I could get the sensor changed then or bring it back at a more c... view moreonvenient time. This is the only time I have been to Fletcher`s. I don`t know how well they handle complicated repairs, but they definitely treated me right on this visit. I`ll go to them again.

BUYER BEWARE - THERE`S NO INTEGRITY HERE
6/2/11 - BUYER BEWARE - THERE`S NO INTEGRITY HERE. I brought my car in at Sunrise and Swan for a $14.95 oil change and tire rotation using a coupon sent in the mail. Two hours later I get a phone call telling me they`ve discovered a multitude of problems - including oil leaks, dry rot on my tires, leaking cv boots, dry windshield wiper blades, timing belt problems and more, total cost over $1700.00.
I asked fo... view morer a written estimate and authorized them to only change the air filter. 1 1/2 hours later they called and said they finished the oil change.
I thought something was fishy since I never asked them to do an inspection, so I drove to the car dealership for a second opinion and showed them Fletchers estimate. A dealer service rep examined the car and said there was some wear on the cv boots but it wasn`t necessary to change/replace them and all else was in good condition.
I looked at my tires and saw they hadn`t been rotated, so I drove back to Fletchers and asked about it. I was told that since my tires had some dry rot they were unsafe and company policy prohibited them from rotating the tires. I asked why no one told me when they called me the first time. They said that they should have but they didn`t. I drove to Discount Tires and asked them to verify the dry rot. One tire had minor dry rot, 2 tires didn`t, and the rep couldn`t tell about the 4th. He said my biggest problem was that the tires were over 5 years old and should be replaced soon, but there was no current danger.
I then called a friend who used to manage another local service station. He told me that in the business these guys were known for this type of dishonesty. Since I wasn`t gullible I was able to see through their duplicity, but how may others do? Apparently more people than not will fall for this. YOU`VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
