My salesperson, Jeff, was outstanding! This nice man treated me with kindness, respect, and honesty. He listened attentively to my questions. After answering, he asked if I understood and if I had any more questions. When I took possession of the car, Nick programmed my blue tooth to my phone (how awesome!), and demonstrated all the features of the car. The car was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Do not go here. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP even if it is the last dealership standing. They lie, cheat, steal and leave you stranded. Before we even went into this dealership I called and advised of our situation and did my credit app over the phone. I was told by "Mike" that he got us approved and to come down. I sent him a text confirming that this was a hard approval and that for sure we w... view moreould be driving off with a car. His reply was "yes". We went in and at first we were taken to the back of the lot which should have been the first red flag. We were given a choice of 2 cars to test drive. The first one would barely drive and you could hear it from a mile away. The 2nd car was ok, not the car we wanted but knew that we couldnt be picky at this time. We advised Mike we would take it. We went inside and the games began. We were told that they couldnt put us in that car as it was a ford and it would be hard to get loan finished with a Ford. We were then given a 3rd choice for a car. We finally signed the paperwork with the finance manager telling us that he would be calling us in a few days to come back in to sign papers again as he was 99% sure he could us a lower rate. We never heard back from them, a week and a half later we started having problems with the car. I took it in to a place besides the dealership and was told that the radiator was shot and had been for some time. I called numerous times and was never gotten back to. We went in the following Saturday and after sitting in the NON AIR CONDiTIONED room with the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen we were called back into finance. We were then told that they would not be giving the car back to us as there was some major problems with the car. Further he stated that he wasnt able to get the loan approved. I told him that we were told and I have a text that states that we were. He said that he didnt know what to tell us. He then told us he would not be giving us our down payment back as they were going to charge us rental fee`s. This being secondary financing they knew that we were in NO position to loose any money. We were then told that it would be best if we left. Noone offered us a ride home, offered a taxi or anything. We had our 3 year old daughter with us. I will do everything I can to get this businesses name out there with a horrible reputation. Noone should ever be treated the way we were, let alone be made to walk home with a child. (the only reason they are getting 1 star is it wouldnt let me place the review without it)

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a used car from Big Bell Auto Superstore because I was looking for a specific car, and they happened to have it. I didn`t want to buy from a shady used car dealership, but the new car dealerships didn`t have the car I was looking for at the time. I came to Big Bell Auto Superstore, and I should have been tipped off from the beginning. Their build... view moreing has no air conditioning, their sales representative was sweating bullets and not professionally dressed at all, and the car I came to look at wasn`t even cleaned before being put on the lot. I really wanted a Hyundai Elantra and they had one in the right price range for me, so I told them that if they cleaned it and fixed a few problems, I would buy it. I came back the next day to find the car semi-cleaned, but none of the other issues had been addressed. Because they gave me an OK price and gave me a WE OWE YOU document signed by the Sales Manager, I went ahead and bought the car with the promise that everything would be fixed. The car needed new windshield wipers, new visors, and some wires needed to be tucked back into the inside of the car that were hanging down by the pedals. I came back two weeks later, and they told me that they hadn`t even ordered the visors yet. I told the sales manager, Tony, to order them and call me when they were in, and he told me that I WOULD HAVE TO CALL HIM TO REMIND HIM! Are you kidding? This is YOUR job!! I then became very busy at work, so I had my father start calling to check up on the visors. After at least a dozen phone calls and voicemails left, the Services Manager finally called my father back to tell him he would order the parts. My father asked to be given a call when they were in. He never got a call. Today he called back to check on the status of things, and Greg, the Services Manager, said, "oh yeah, they`re in". So, I called this afternoon to double check and low and behold, NO, THEY ARE NOT IN. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG VISORS. To make matters worse, I bought the car THREE months ago and I still don`t have a License Plate. I finally called the MVD and found out that they haven`t even transferred the title into my name!!! WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND MISLEAD.
