Excellent Service

I bought a used Mercedes and took it to Reinhards for an inspection. He had the inspection done in less than 2 hours with detail cost breakdowns on each and every repair. There was no high pressure to get anything done, it was just a detailed review of the current condition of the car. I decided to get a good portion of the repairs done at the same time and while extensive (tune up, fan clutch, front brake replace... view morement, rear window actuator replacement, etc) he was still done in the same day. When I went to pick up the car he took the time to show me all of the old parts and explain why they needed to be replaced. This is the first time I`ve ever seen a repair bill where the parts cost outweighed the labor cost. That almost never happens and the final price was exactly what the estimate had been. No add ons and no surprises! The car runs noticebally better now and there is no question that I will never take my car anywhere else!
