Reviews:
We`ve shopped at several O`Reilly locations and this one in particular for almost a year. Many of the employees are quite helpful and a few quite knowledgeable. Lately there have been a couple that are not helpful and tend to ignore customers. Today in particular, an employee, Marco -- was very Unhelpful when I came into the store and then when I had to call and request if I could return just the light that did no... view moret work in the driving light kit I bought or if I had to return the whole kit. His first reaction was to tell me that they did not sell Driving Lights. Looking at both my receipt and the box in my hand, I said, yes, sir, I have the receipt right here, would you like the part number? He asked me if they were just pigtails, which I did not understand so I gave the phone to my husband. After trying to explain that we just needed to know if it was OK to just return the bad light (bulb?) since the rest of the kit was already installed. Marco went to ask a manager who said that was fine. He came back on the phone and told my husband that... and added - but they`re fog lights, not driving lights, we don`t sell driving lights. Not only was he WRONG in his argument. Why was he so insistent to argue with the customers? I spoke to the manager when I returned to the store, and he said he would "have a talk with him". Some customer service training needed, for sure. I`d hate to see a couple rude employees ruin an otherwise good store. They have a very good website (you can save your vehicles and store locations and see what`s in the store, or order online to pick up in store if the products aren`t there), good selection of products and decent prices.
