This review details my experience with
This review details my experience with purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Ex-L from Honda of Superstition Springs. I found the vehicle I was interested in via their web site. I had done some research and knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I inquired about the Pilot through their web site and received a prompt reply. The price quoted in the return email met my expectations, so I sent another email asking them to... view more provide me with an out-the-door price detailing the purchase price, fees, taxes, etc. They did and so I told them I would be in that evening to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, my wife and I were greeted warmly, shown the vehicle we intended to purchase and then walked through the process of buying the SUV. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful, and most importantly, honest. There were no surprises. All of the figures we had agreed upon earlier in the day via email were the same when we arrived to make the purchase -- no bait and switch games. My sales reps (Mike and Paul) were spectacular (Mike for his work in making sure all of the details of our email conversation were met and Paul for his helpful, laid-back manner and excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its features/options). Paul gave us a great orientation to our new Pilot. Our finance rep was also very professional and made the tedious work of signing all of the documents actually enjoyable. He didn`t push unwanted warranties or dealer-offered programs. He simply asked if we were interested and when we declined, he moved on. Thank you to everyone at Honda of Superstition Springs who made our experience purchasing our first Pilot one of the best car buying experiences of our lives. I will be sure to recommend Honda of Superstition Springs to anyone I know who`s interested in purchasing a new vehicle -- and I`ll be sure to see you next time my wife and I are in need of a new Honda.

Great car buying experience!
Recently purchased a new 2012 Civic from Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa, Arizona. This was by far my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I worked with the General Sales Manager, Rob Beard and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I met a few other members of his sales staff during the process and everyone was extremely nice! I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the en... view moretire process. From the sales department to the finance department to final delivery of my new car. I can not recommend this Honda store enough!!

Had an issue with a vehicle we bought from Honda of Superstition springs, contacted Kenny Gess several times, he failed to follow up on the issue and failed to try and resolve the issue. I called Kenny Gess and asked if his manager was able to resolve the issue and Kenny responded rudely and hung up on me before I could say another word. Total lack of customer service and just down right disrespectful. Called GM of d... view moreealership and left several messages, he also failed to return my calls or try to resolve the issue, once these people get your money you turn into a nobody. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Love them!!
Superstition Springs Honda got me out of a deal that a Buick/GMC dealer shoved down my throat. They treated me fairly and gave me what I wanted.

Don`t go, it`s a trap
All my wife and I wanted to know was the total price and the payment amount. Four hours later, we finally bought the car paying appx $3000 more than the sales sticker said on the window of the car. Part ot that price was a $700 alarm and a $200 Sentry Protection plan we did not want. When this was pointed out to them the next day, they said there was nothing we could do because we signed the papers. We took ... view morethe car back two times because the alarm would randomly went off on it`s own. After the second repair didn`t work, I finally removed the alarm myself. Which reminds me, I have an alarm system I will sell cheap. If you are crazy enough to go there to purchase a car, ask to talk with the salesman`s manager and save a lot of time. The salesman was not able to answer any questions without spending 15-20 minutes in private with his manager.

wouldn`t let us leave
We went to this dealership to look at some cars. When we were approached we informed the salesman that we`re not ready to buy a car this day, that we were just looking at options, see prices, etc. They insisted on us buying a car. They asked for our keys to look at our car to asses the trade in value of it. We gave them our keys, this was a big mistake. They were very pushy in trying to convince us to buy a car they... view more had 3 people trying to talk us into buying. When we asked for our keys so that we could leave, they said the sales manager in the tinted glassroom had the keys and that they were trying to get them back and continued to try to sell us a car. We could not leave. it took 20 minutes to get our keys back. We will never buy a car at this dealership.
