This Midas is one of the few places I`ve felt comfortable taking my vehicle too in a few years now. Got my brakes done with an honest opinion about the state of the pads and rotors (I knew the condition they were in, just wanted to see if they gave the same diagnosis). My truck had a odd problem show up, they figured it right out and even showed me the part they had to replace. Just took a tire in that was going f... view morelat, the kid in the tire shop ran outside to grab the tire from me so I didn`t have to carry it in, and got right on it. A bad stem valve and bead seal, fixed right up, and told me not to worry about paying for it. Very willing to help, just a good shop, was really impressed with these guys. I have told my mom and sister to take their cars there from now on.

DO NOT take your vehicle to this Midas! The mgmt. is terrible and their employee`s are worse!! We took our vehicle in for an oil change and were charged for one, but they didn`t change the oil!! They `insisted` it had been changed but when we checked it the next day (we live all of 3 miles away and had only driven home) it was dirty and low! Plus there was no sticker on the windshield saying when to change it aga... view morein, the filter was still filthy, and the fluids hadn`t been filled! So it hadn`t been done. After LYING and telling us it was indeed done, they changed it `again`. They also told us on the phone new brakes would be around $200. When we got there and dropped it off, they called us at closing time and said our vehicle hadn`t been done or looked at (even though we had an apt. for the oil and brakes to be done). I told them it was not acceptable and that`s why we made the apt.!! That`s when they `changed` the oil but still didn`t want to do the brakes. So they told us they were TERRIBLE and would cost alomst $1,000 not the $200 we were told originaly. We took it some place else the following day to have th brakes looked at and they said that they still looked brand new and the roters just needed to be turned.
So bottom line, they don`t keep apts., they charge you for stuff the DON`T perform, and they have no problem changing quotes when they don`t want to do the job! VERY angry and disappointed with them.
Save yourself the trouble and just take your car to the midas in ER. They are FANTASTIC down there!!
