Absolute worst experience attempting to redeem an oil change I have ever had. Ive been here for almost two hours now and I can see my car still parked, they have yet to bring it into the service center. When I asked for an estimate on time and told them that I had a 5 oclock appointment that I`ve already missed they said I think its inside now. I still have to pick up my family before 6, I probably won`t make it in t... view moreime. you think they`ll pay the ten dollar late pickup fee for me? or let me retake my midterm I hurried through to get here? unless u have at least a few hours to waste do not bring your car here for service.
