Extremely expensive for servic...

Extremely expensive for service. Plus they tell you you need things replaced that don`t need to be replaced. There parts and service are two and a half times more expensive than a private mechanic.They are a big rip off. I highly recommend you avoid this place unless you like to waste your money.

I went in pretty sure I didn`t want to trade in my 4runner for a Prius v. I met with a very knowledgeable salesman, Jason Bartlett, and after a test drive I couldn`t wait to drive my new Prius V home! Jason was fast with our paper work and treated us respect! Kendall has the best cars and sales people

My Family and I have been buying vehicles from Matt Williams for years. We were apprehensive when he moved to Kendall Toyota because we have always driven American made vehicles. Every dealership I`ve purchase...

Every dealership I`ve purchased from has been "so great" until you`ve bought and then anything you need after, they seem to not listen or care. Then I found Kendall Toyota. I bought a car from them and they were so helpful during the purchase, but I was most impressed with the service I recieved afterwards. very impressed

Being a single woman buying my first new car, I was really worried about how I would be treated. The minute I walked into Kendall they were so friendly and really helpful. I ended up buying a camry from a salesman named Matt Williams and he was great from the beginning to when I got the keys. Since then I have taken it to be serviced a couple times and recieved amazing service there as well. I have bought two cars from them in the last year, the account is not in my husbands name and the sales rep I worked with only met my husband for a few seconds to sign some paperwork. Very knowledgable and polite. Not cracked on the service department some of the operators their are very patronizing but again I take care of the work on my vehicle and let them know it pretty quick if they get get rude.

NEED TO TRAIN STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don`t know if it`s an Anchorage thing, but everywhere I go when getting service on my vehicle, I receive the most dishonest and rude service. The people at Kendall Toyota are extremely sexist and condescending. They seriously need to put their staff into a customer service program of some kind, because these people are BRUTAL.

Horrible Experience

I went in to look at vehicles. My husband received a call a few days later asking about his experience with Toyota. No call asking me ... the future owner of the vehicle ... how my experience was. We waited twice the amount of time we were quoted on my vehicle ... with no explanation from anyone at Kendall. After I picked up my vehicle, the service department called me to make an appointment for some work, of cou... view morerse, the account was in my husband`s name ... not mine ... I guess the moral of the story is ... If you are a woman, you can`t handle anything on your own at Kendall. Better find a man to handle the tricky car world at Kendall.

Ugh, horrible experience

The people at Kendall couldn`t tell the difference between a good vehicle and a piece of stale bread. They are anything but knowledgable, have no respect for customers and make you feel like if you don`t buy a car right now, you will personally be jeopardizing their livelihood. I would not recommend a Kendall dealership to anyone.

TERRIBLE customer service. More interested in talking with the `man` of the house when I went to purchase a vehicle. Their prices seemed to go up since I was just some `stupid girl`. VERY disappointed with the dealership and would never use them or recommend them to any one else!! TERRIBLE!!
