My husband and I dropped off a suburu outback for change-over last Saturday. It was fairly busy, and my husband asked the technician why they are charging $1 for 16"" outback tires over 15"". The technician with blood shot eyes old him because it is more work. Yeah, the only difference is 1"" from 15"" to 16"". My husband knew they were just trying to rack up the charge, which the tech and manager should have bee... view moren honest about. They were done by the afternoon and I went inside to check-out. Three employees sitting behind service desk. One employee stuffing her face with a bagel. The other two gabbing. I waited patiently until one of the employee`s helped the person BEHIND me in line. Wow, this was not a pleasant experience. When I let them know I was also there to check out, they didn`t genuinely care.
