when you visit, seek out Jonathan. He was the only salesperson who approached me without an attitude. I find car salesmen usually obnoxious, but he was polite and professional and worked really hard to make my experience pleasant!

Absolutely the WORST service d...
Absolutely the WORST service department! I`ve owned over a hundred and fifty vehicles in my life and dealt with a lot of service centers but Stivers Ford is the worst. The service underwriters have a superiority complex and feel that you should be honored that they are working on your vehicle. I recently took two 2009 Ford trucks to them for service. One was under warranty with only 4000 miles on it and the other... view more truck had an oil leak and was long out of warranty. The oil leak was a valve cover gasket which took 11 days to repair. EXCUSES were flying as to why it took so long but no apologies. The warranty work was never performed since the vehicle had aftermarket equipment (stereo, satellite radio, remote start) on it and I was told that ALL aftermarket equipment would have to be removed before they would work on it. I was then told that their diagnostic service would be $100/hr and it would take at least 5 hours and that this would NOT be under warranty. I was charged $89 for their time. I took the truck to another dealer whereby they replaced a 20 cent fuse and everything has worked great since that time. When I went back to Stivers Ford and told the service underwriter that it was only a fuse and that they needed mechanics, not just parts changers, I was told "I dont have to listen to this s**t from you".
It`s obvious that Stivers Ford service is all about money and they could care less about their customers or what`s right.

What a difference a new owner ...
What a difference a new owner can make, we purchased our last vehicle 3 years ago and swore we would never come back, but our friend said that a new owner took over and they had a great buying expeirence so we did go back and it was like a new dealership, we were treated with respect everyone had a great attitude and we feel like we got the best deal ever, now I really would recomend all my friends and family to buy ... view morehere.
