So rude

On a hot and sunny Thursday in summer I go to get my car washed and the kid tells me it`s going to be a 30-45 min wait before they can get to my car. There are only two other cars being cleaned at this time and no one else waiting. Do not take your vehicle here!...

Do not take your vehicle here! They blatantly lied about throwing away personal items in my vehicle and when I asked for a refund (just a refund, not even full reimbursement for the items missing) they basically called me a liar and said that it was at the customer`s risk to have any personal possessions in the vehicle at the time of it being washed/vacuumed. improve customer service

While the quality of the work was fine, I spent quite a bit of time waiting for my car to be called. I waited patiently, and waited and waited. They claim they did call my car`s make/model. They were not busy, so I heard all the other cars but not mine? If you work there and see a person sitting there for over half an hour, maybe stop and ask, "what car are you waiting for?" Just seems like that would take littl... view moree effort. Or maybe they don`t like some people and don`t want my money.... In this economy all businesses should do all they can to keep their customers.
