Very poor follow-through

While the service seemed great at the time of sale, I found out later that the dealer ignored information I provided about registering the vehicle in Florida and instead filed paperwork to have it registered in Alabama. Now I am in a mess just to drive the vehicle legally. When I called to ask for help, they basically said there is nothing they can do to help. Not impressed.

Worst car dealer in the country!!

Underhanded, sleazy, and border line criminal. The sales creep showed me a paper with a discount on the car, and later removed it on the contract. It was late, and I did not notice this. Of course, this is what they are counting on. When I called the sales manager the next day, he said "you signed the contract and there`s nothing you can do about it". The last seven or so happy customer reviews ... view morewritten in 2010 must be computer generated responses or people paid to write good reviews. Check out their review history for a laugh. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I would not give them any stars, but have to so this review will work.

Slimey, sleazy, and just plain horrible.

Let`s see. I called them about a new car, and was told that I would have to pay for the PDI of the car, as well as pay them a fee to get my loan approved. (And the way that I was to pay these, was through paying MSRP for the car). They also wanted to charge me $595 for paint protection, fabric protection, etc. They also want $399 DOC fee. In short, avoid these guys like the plague, these were just the sleazy t... view morericks they tried to pull on me over the phone, can you imagine what they`d be if you were there in person?
