Well, Lester might be tickled pink but my wife`s vehicle (that she depends on for work) went to Troy Nissan and I was promised it back in ONE week. After THREE weeks, I finally contacted the business owner and "they`re putting the oil back in it as we speak and it only needs a test drive." Yea right. They were doing that last week. And the week before. I later found it was seven days before the parts wer... view moree even ordered according to the dealership`s own paperwork. I`m certain they have excellent mechanics and they work specifically on what they are told rather than picking and choosing for themselves. But it is unethical for personnel authorized to speak for the business to promise me a car (that my wife depends on for her work) in a week then take THREE WEEKS to finish. They only billed me for 16 hours so why does it take THREE WEEKS for me to get it? I`ll tell you exactly why: The reason is that if you buy a car there I`m certain you get fast, excellent service. Immediately. That`s why people like me can`t get theirs back as promised. I know that game. We got the same excellent service when ours was new. There`s a pecking order of who gets their car OUT first, regardless of who got IN there first. BTW, call Nissan national customer service and you`ll talk to someone in the Philippines. They had no record of my car that I bought brand new from another Nissan dealer. They wanted personal and VIN info. Not smart - according to web experts. So much for Nissan customer support. So buy your car there and be on Cloud Nine like "Lester" but don`t take it there for serious work (out of warranty) unless you have another car to use for at least a month. Again, I have heard - and am confident - Troy Nissan has excellent mechanics. Just bad management plain and simple. I should have known from experience with dealers that if someone more important came in I would have to wait. In all honesty I just got it back all nice and shiny and within the predicted price range AFTER THE THIRD WEEK. Now that I have the VIN, pardon me while I call the Philippines again.

I have to say that Troy Nissan...

I have to say that Troy Nissan has the best service department in central Alabama! Ashley and Tyler are straight forward with pricing and recommended service. I travel 50 plus miles from Montgomery to Troy because I trust them with my Versa`s needs. GOOD JOB guys, I wouldn`t hestitate to recommend Troy Nissan to anyone.
