Frame Damage

I bought a car from drivers way that claims to do a 240 point inspection. My wife dented her bumper on the right side and when she went to get it replaced they took the bumper off and found frame damage on the opposite side that had been there for quite some time. It was rusted and the support beam was crushed the foam was ripped off and a new bumper had been place over to cover the damage. We took it back to drivers... view more way (after a week because the service manager was out of town) they looked at it and said there is no way they sold it like that, we must have done it and when my wife got angry he said to save it and talk to the general manager because he couldnt do anything. Wouldnt you think he would know he couldnt do anything in the first place and tell us to wait until the general manager was there? Instead he wanted us to wait another week and bring the car back again. I`m not sure but i would think most people cant do without their car for 3 weeks waiting on some out of town manager so he can say it`s not our fault its yours. Im sure they are trained to deny any liability so they can claim their 240 point inspection is top notch. Well if they inspect it they dont fix it, they just slap a bumper on, sell it to some unlucky person and then deny any liability and blame it on the customer. By the way their head mechanic JOE is an *** and was very mean to my wife. These people put off dealing with you because they can. Dont believe that just because they inspect it that they are going to fix it!
