Read your receipt before leaving!!! Took my truck there for an oil change. Was told it was going to be 39.00 with a 10.00 mail in rebate. My bill was 51.00. I asked cashier why so high and was told its fees we have. I paid and later called the service manager. He told me my truck took more than 5 quarts of oil. I was never told this. After making it very clear I was upset with the price he said I was overcharged and... view more he`d refund me 10.00. I got back to the dealer went to the front counter and asked for the service manager. The lady pointed to the back and said go get your refund. She was very rude. Manager never came. I got my refund and left. The people at this dealer are very rude and don`t inform you before adding to the price quoted. I will not be returning!!!

CROOKS!!!

NEVER buy a vehicle from World Ford. Bought a 2008 escape, they never serviced or cleaned it. I went up there pleading my case, and was actually cursed by the general manager. Just do yourself a favor and keep searching p-cola blvd.
