Horrible experience purchasig our 89 Chevy truck. Brakes, and lights could not be repaired, just a Basic Repair. Did not ask for the moon, just operational brakes, and lights! Found out that Butler Lied to us. Brakes was missing hardware. Pepboys repaired our truck. Wife and I repaired the lights, and the FUEL Leak. Another very bad subject. They sent me home with this leak, saying it was a drip. Drip my Foot! Leak w... view moreas under preasure, and aimed at exhaust. Truck could have caught on fire. Butler has a problem with his repair shop of choice. Why should we have to pay for thier problems? Have spent about $1,000.00 already. You still owe me an ARM Rest. Have the I.O.U signed by your staff. Mr Butler, better yet. Keep your arm rest. You are a LIAR, and a Crook. Vehicle was not safe to operate upon delivery. All we asked was that you make it safe. Quite Simple.

This place is pretty awesome. ...

This place is pretty awesome. I`m working on a late Gen 2 Camaro Resto-mod and needed a new driver door and rear bumper. These guys (Scott and Tim in particular) were all over it. They provided great customer service as well as a healthy dose of knowledge about the vehicle. They have an impressive stock system and it`s easy to see why others have given such good reviews of this place. Great service and parts!

I am a shop owner and when it comes to used parts I always use Butler. If they do not have a part (which is rare) they can usually have it shipped in within a couple of days. I have purchased over 10K worth of transmissions, engines, instrument clusters, etc.in the last 2 years with very few problems. I buy from them because I know that they stand behind the parts they sell.

Great service!

I recently needed a transmission forr my pick-up. I called Butler`s and found out there was like three different trannys for it. The guys at Butler`s helped with the info to find out which one I needed. Then they gave me a great price and even helped me find a shop to change the transmissions for me.
