I did NOT like my service at B...

I did NOT like my service at Bill Penney...the salesman was nice but I felt rushed and pressured. I bought a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix and when I got there to test drive it the light behind the radio was almost out and the breaks were making a noise. So I told the salesman and he got the breaks checked said that it was the type of breaks and that they would fix the light in the radio but the guy who could do that wasnt... view more there. I came back the next week and the same thing that the guy wasnt there..several times did I try to call to see if he was there and NOPE. They waited untill after the 30 days and then said that well its not covered now. AND I bought the car in eary September and in late November the sensor for my lights went out and when I went up there to try to get it fixed they said they were not sure if it was my sensor and they didnt have the tools for pontiacs to go to a pontiac dealership but they could for sure tell me it wasnt the sensor and charged me for them looking at it...well I took it to the pontiac dealership and sure enough IT WAS MY SENSOR! I was furious and when I called the customer service to complain the lady pretty much brushed me off and said gave me the run around...NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I go there. O and I got breaks checked and they said that it was the type of breaks like BIll Penney service department said BUT its the cheapest kind you can get...so they use really cheap parts too.

Excellent Service

I bought and service my Camry at Bill Penney and they were absolutely fantastic! The salesman worked with me every step makig sure I understood the terms and warranties. My Service ASM Buddy has kept me on top of the services that I need and helped me add some additional things like Nav system and DVD player that have made traveling with kids a breeze.
