I`ve always been intimated by ...

I`ve always been intimated by car salesman, because I have had bad experiences in the past at other dealerships, but this experience at Mercedez-Benz Huntsville was totally different. David Goodwin was very easy to work with. David really took the time with me, and put me at ease; he explained the functions of the car; got my cell phone set up for hands free so I wouldn`t have to worry with it later; and has called m... view moree several times to check to see if I have had any problems or questions, even saying if I didn`t have time to drive in for the oil change (I live about 1 hour away and work full-time) that he would come get it and bring it back. You don`t get better service than that. It has just been a great experience for me. I will definitely recommend David to my friends, co-workers and family. AAA+ for customer service. I plan to be part of the Mercedes-Benz family for a long time.
