My mother owns a Kia Rio. She was having problems with her car and took it to this Kia store in Anniston, AL. When she got there they wanted to charge her $90 just to ""diagnose"" the problem. I thought that was ridiculous and spoke to the worker over the phone. After a brief objection, they offered to do it for $45 at which point I had enough. I found it shady that they would come down on the price so easily, someth... view moreing that in my mind should cost next to nothing or nothing. I told my mom to go somewhere else, which she did. She went down the road and had the car fixed, not just diagnosed for about $60. Her car`s been running great since. I like Kia cars, I like the company, I have a hyundai myself, but getting your car repaired here is a ripoff.

Beast Used Cars Anniston Alabama has to Offer

I had a very good experience at The Kia Store Anniston Oxford. I have always been a Kia guy do to their enormous warranties they put on their cars. I bought my first Kia here in Anniston, but at Crown Kia. I had a really bad experience with Crown Kia. I loved my car, just did not like the way they did business. I lucked out though, crown kia closed, and they built a new Kia Store in Anniston, new owners, new management, the whole shebang. It had been years since I had my Kia Sportage and I was ready for the new model. I spent about 2 hours at the dealership and came away very impressed. Impressed with the new Kia lineup, impressed with my salesmen, and very impressed with they way they do business. I will definitely be stopping in the Kia Store Anniston Oxford again!

Great Experience

Buying a car at the Kia Store Anniston Oxford dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to my last experience at the crown Kia dealership. Great Used Cars Anniston Dealer

We just bought a brand new boat for the lake and realized real quick that none of our cars could handle the hitch to haul around. We need a SUV that was powerful enough to tow a boat but at a reasonable price. A number of automobiles on the lot fit the criteria and had more than enough hauling capability to take my boat and my family down to the lake on the weekends. The prices on used cars Anniston had could have never been matched at any dealership close to me. A quick drive saved me thousands of dollars, I only wish I could have bought my boat at such a great price.

The staff was unbelievably helpful and never pushed me to make a quick decision. I got a great deal on a car that my daughter loved for a price that was much less than I expected. If you live in the area and are shopping for used cars Anniston is absolutely worth the drive. Kia Anniston Cars What a day I had at the Anniston Kia Store! I got a great car, for a great price, that had an even better warranty. The salesmen was Truit, and he awesome, we couldn`t have asked for a better one. He was kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. He answered all the questions promptly and correctly. Truit, though just was straight up with us, and the questions he didn`t know the answer to, he found out and relayed the answers back to us, even after we forgot we asked them. We started our car shopping at the a car lot we will call "" Used Cars Anniston"" lot down the street, when we had a bad experience with a used car salesmen, so we went home and continued our search online. When we came across wwwmykiastorecom, something just felt right. IT WAS SO MUCH EASIER. They online trade in forms, online credit apps, they had their whole used car inventory online, they even had a $500 internet car buying discount. I am no saint, and I have less than perfect credit, that is actually where the problem popped up at my visit to the Used Cars Anniston lot, they wanted to rollover like half of my old loan on my new loan, and then charge me an outlandish interest rate, needless to say I left. At wwwmykiastorecom though you can apply online, and they will tell you before you come to the dealership, if you will qualify for a loan or not. And they must have some miracle workers in their finance department, because they got me approved and at a interest rate that I never thought I would get. I also filled out the online trade-in value form, and they offered me about $350 more for my trade in than I had left on my existing loan. So I went from really mad at the Anniston Used Car lot down the road, to sitting at my computer wondering if this was all just some scam to get me into the dealership. It was just too good to be true, I found out just by going online, that 1. I was approved 2. I got the payoff and some extra $ for my car 3. I also got an additional $500 for shopping on the internet. 4. The best part of all I realized, that with about $1000 down, I could get a new car. I already had the $350 from Annistonmy trade, the I got the $500 from the internet discount, then I scrounged up another $150 and I was set.
