Terrible dishonest people!!! Beware when dealing with them!!! They will scam you. All they are looking for is an extra dollar! This place is the typical sleazy car salesman trying to scam you over! We have gone round and round with them trying to get an issue with financing fixed on a truck we recently purchased. Horrible Dealership
I purchased a 2013 dodge charger R/T from their in May of 2013..Awesome Car!....However it was time to have mycar service at RoundTree and i had a aappointment at 9:00 and didnt leavetil 1 p.m. So the next day i go outside at home and there`s oil leaking from car so i called them and they said they`ll be sending a truck to get ive waited for 5hrs still no tow truck..im currently waiting as i type!

BUYER BEWARE! The worst bait and switch deceptive car dealer I`ve ever been to. They lure you there with great prices, add hundreds of dollars in useless dealer installed options on that little side sticker to jack the price back up. Those stickers are on every car and truck. I told the salesman I didn`t want or need any of them. He told me they would not remove them. They then try to negotiate only by quoting you p... view moreayments not a price. A smart buyer with a financial calculator would discover pretty quickly they were adding thousand of dollars to the price trying to hide it in the payment. So dishonest. Do your homework if you must go there. Personally I couldn`t get out of that place fast enough.

Wouldn`t buy here again! We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep from this dealership and we were very disappointed with how sloppily business was conducted. All was fine up to negotiating the deal. Our bank, USAA, has an agreement with the dealership and lists them as a "certified dealer." Through this program the dealership offers a discount off the final negotiated price with the appropriate paperwork. We pres... view moreented the paperwork and the employee working the deal acted knowledgeable and assured us he would put the paperwork in our "file." They would not come down at all off of the list price of the vehicle and only moved up $500 on our trade-in after giving us an insulting first offer (they knew we were there to buy and took advantage of that). We spoke about what our downpayment would be and then headed to the finance office to sign paperwork. The downpayment was lost in translation, and the paperwork had to be rewritten to include it. What we did not catch was that the USAA discount had not been applied. The employee who was working the deal was apparently ignorant of the entire discount process and didn`t bother to look into it. We were only given one key fob and told if they didn`t find the other one we could purchase one from them at "cost." After calling them repeatedly and getting nowhere I called the agency who works with the "certified dealers" and the dealership, after saying they didn`t have the paperwork we gave them, eventually agreed to give us less than half of the original discount and program a used key fob they had lying around and send it to us (still waiting on the check for the discount). After leaving the dealership (we live in florida about 1hr away) I went to the back of the vehicle and discovered that they hadn`t given us any temporary tags, only a dealership logo plate. Called them and they said they could get one to us in 4-5 days due to the weekend, but the "logo should be fine until then." Also less than a week after buying the vehicle we noticed a burned out daytime running light (probably didn`t burn out in the 4 days we had the vehicle). Now, over two weeks after the purchase date, we are still waiting for the title to be sent to the address we provided them and for the check for less than half of the original discount to arrive. We ended up with a nice vehicle, but probably could have purchased elsewhere with A LOT less hassle.

I bought my first car from Roundtree. It was a great experience!! The sales person was very friendly and personable. They took their time and went over all the details of the car with me. I would recomment highly for everyone to use Roundtree to purchase their next car.

I purchased a Chrysler 300 ! Everyone there was a nice as could be! I got the car I wanted and got a great deal! If I ever needed to purchase another vehicle I would go back there for sure and I wouldn`t let no one I know go anywhere else but Roundtree!!

Just want to say that I just had my car serviced there and I was a great experience. My car was done when promised. The service advisor and cashier were so pleasent to deal with. I also love the comfy couches in the waiting area. Will have my car serviced there again.

Thanks again Roundtree!!! I will definately refer all my friends to Roundtree. I recently purchased a 2500 Ram and I love it. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional.
