They lied to me about the condition of the car. They added $50 to the price we`d agreed to. They charged me hundreds of dollars for a "delivery fee," but they didn`t do anything to earn that money. They are sneaky, deceptive, and unapologetic. I wrote the sales manager to complain, and I haven`t heard back even though I wrote him five days ago. The sales team with whom I worked with did an OUTSTANDING job. Jodie answered my initial online inquiry and was friendly, courteous, responsive and - above all - HELPFUL when answering my plethora of questions. Deonte was also extremely helpful when working to find a solution to my issue of being upside down on my existing vehicle. They both worked - seemingly tirelessly - to not only ensure that we came to an equabl... view moree agreement, but that my needs were met 100%. At the dealership, Chad was patient while walking me through the various features of the vehicle and was quick to answer all my questions. His genuine, friendly demeanor and ""what-can-I-do-to-help"" attitude made the paperwork/delivery process painless and simple. Finally, the Finance Manager was patient and thorough when detailing the terms of my lease, taking the time to make sure that I fully understood all of the paperwork I was signing. My experience at Landers McLarty was an excellent one - these four folks are a definite asset to your organization. I could not have asked for a better experience and I thank you (AND them) for making what I have found in the past to be an arduous, migraine-inducing process simple and painless this time.
