I purchased my 2006 Lincoln Navigator from Chuck Stevens Automotive in Gautier MS, at the end of Jan.or start of Feb.of 2009. Before I decided on the sale I wanted to have it totally inspected. I first of all questioned the oil light being on and Bryan the true owner of the navigator whom also works at Chuck Stevens in Gautier told me what the problem was but insured me that it would be fixed by Butch Oustalet under ... view morethe warranty and it would be inspected while they had it there.I was approved for loan went and met with them in the finance dept. and signed all paper work and gave them a check for the full amount.I was told I could pick my Navigator up and of course it was not ready to be picked up yet.I then said okay that`s fine I`ll just have to come back tomorrow.I called the next day and still Bryan told me it was not ready yet he would call or go there himself to find out what the problem was. Well we ended up going to Butch Oustalet to pick it up ourselves after the 3rd day of waiting and them having the check already I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to get what is now my truck.Well I guess to make a really long story short I am now putting in $1990.00 into a 2006 Lincoln Navigator with only 64`000miles because it was not inspected like Bryan assured us it was and was not done under warranty at all that Chuck Stevens paid for it to be fixed so therefore that`s why the total inspection was never done because it was not covered and they were not going to pay for it to be done but if I would have known that at the time I would have looked into things a little more. I called Chuck Stevens Automotive and they said they did their inspection and it entitles if it runs,stops,and steers then they are good to go.WHATEVER!!!!!! I was told they could and would do nothing to help me I bought vehicle as is. I feel like if they would have done what they said they were going to do I would not be going through this right now. Well I could go on and on because there is so much more to the story to tell, but I did ensure them when you do someone wrong it will eventually come back around.
