We spent over $3000.00 in "2009" on repairs at Precision Nissan of Jasper, AL. After over three weeks of delays, the dealership called to tell us that there service department had closed and our vehicle would be towed to the police impound yard if we didn`t pick it up in three hours. We were told that none of the work had been completed and that we had no warranty and no way to sue for our money to be ref... view moreunded, since it was a corporation that had gone under. Our vehicle now sits in the driveway, totally worthless, with many of its parts missing and never returned. Nissan of America refuses to assist us in any way, other than taking our complaint. Nissan of America states that it is not their responsibility, since each dealership is an independant contractor. Precision Honda of Jasper was also involved in this scam, so I would advise against any dealings with them also. From now on I will always buy from Toyota, lesson learned the hard way!
