We dropped off our Ford Escape for an oil change and a standard tune up. At the the time we dropped off the car we were told 19.95 for the oil change and 190 for the tune up. We were contacted later and told it was gonna cost 26.00 for the oil change and 390 for the tune up. An additional 200 dollars. When I asked why he said every car is different. I did not have them service my vehicle nor will I in the future.

I have nothing bad to say abou...

I have nothing bad to say about Treadwell Ford in Mobile. Our salesman was Charles Boutwell, and he was awesome. I originally went in to purchase a pre-owned car, but after I sat down with Mr. Boutwell I ended up getting a brand new one for the same amount I wanted to spend on a used one.
